convenient location - free parking - the room was en-suite. loved the suite we had. you should definitely explore surbiton district, it's worth it. the breakfast was satisfactory, had lots of options.

The nearby restaurant, The Royal Oak, was as close as 400 metres from the hotel. We appreciated service and location, the property had absolutely everything we needed;)))

Good access to a train station. Comfortable location. We would recommend once again. We stayed next to such popular places as Fishponds Park.
